Mortadel LLC is a company producing sausages, meat delicacies,  ready-to-cook food,  bakery and pastry products and is one of meat industry leaders in Russian Federation.
             The company was established on May 21^st, 1991 in Nagornoye village, Pushkin district, Moscow region, by Nikolai Agurbash, enterpreneur, Doctor of Economics.   
             Since its establishment Mortadel company has manufactured premium-class products, selling them for reasonable prices.  Its whole future strategy focuses on quality upgrade and improval. The company is unique ot only for its manufacturing, facilities, but also for the   good aura in the factory. In spite of strict work requirements it’s friendly and family-like.

              Mortadel company is deservedly considered  a trendsetter in meat industry. The range of commodities is very wide, which makes it unnecessary to address other manufacturers.                The company produces over 400 product items, over 60 tons of food products per day purchased by about one million Russian citizens. But our true proprietary product is uncooked smoked sausages made with meticulous adhering to all technologies.

             Mortadel TM sausages and meat delicacies have won over 160 gold and silver medals, 25 diplomas of premium quality, 14  Grand Prix in prestigious international and Russian exhibitions.  178 product items of Mortadel company were officially recognized Russia’s best  and in 2006 Mortadel company was honored supreme public award of Russian Federation “For plenitude and prosperity of Russia”, having become the winner in “Best brand of Russia” nomination.
              Mortadel company started developing its own  raw-material base. Quality and delicious product can be only made of high-quality raw stuff. Currently the company owns 3000 hectares  of land in Vladimir region, where 4 piggeries of total 48 thousand species output have been already built.  Four more piggeries are planned to be built to reach 100000 species output. The final plan of pig breeding program allows to reach 300000 species livestock. 
            The piggeries were built according to the unique Canadian technology, which is not known in Russia yet. Three high-yielding breeds were brought from leading selection center of Canada: landrace,  Yorkshire, and Durock. In terms of properties no other breed equals them.

              Mortadel company considers creation of its own farm production not only as solution of raw product self-sufficiency task, but also as its adequate contribution in the development of the whole Russian agricultural sector, which finally means – in the future of Russia.
