For the production of half-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages we use only lean beef, pork, high quality back fat and spice blend containing allspice, nutmeg and other spices.

These sausages are different from similar products of other Russian factories by brand cook technology which perfectly combines achievements of Russian and west-european meat industry schools.
